Ready for a new way to work? Welcome to the GBT!

If you are considering trying the bus for the first time to commute to work (smart move BTW), the first week is on us. First time commuters can now receive a free seven-day ziptrip pass for use on all GBT buses. The passes are available through the Connecticut Department of Transportation's Commuter Services. GBT's ziptrip passes offer unlimited rides, any GBT bus in any direction as often as you like for the duration of the pass – perfect for commuting!

If you like your experience (and we think you will) there are a number of convenient ziptrip passes that you can choose from including 90 minutes, all day, 7 or 31 days. GBT offer's all of these passes at 50% off to riders who are 65 or older or who have a qualifying disability. Ziptrip passes are now available at Stop & Shops in the GBT service area.
